Welcome to a new development in La Vernia. We are a local family in the fast growing town of La Vernia, Texas. We have been here for over 20 years and have watched our city grow over the years. With growth we have seen the needs grow. We own 10 acres off 775 between La Vernia and Floresville. Phase 1 consisted of a secure 5 acre storage facility for both covered and uncovered needs. We opened October 1, 2022 and celebrated our ribbon cutting November 11, 2022. Phase 1 was completed with building 1. In 2023 we added fully enclosed storage spaces as well as a commercial office building were our onsite location is located. We look forward to phase 3 in 2024 and what is to come.
