Family Owned

Megan is a TLU alumni, and has been in La Vernia since 2001. Randall (an East Central graduate) married Megan in 2007, and quickly settled their roots in La Vernia there after. With Megan's accounting degree and experience plus Randall's construction background, they were able to build Timber Point from the ground up. In the process, their 3 children have also learned a lot about sweat equity.

Randall and Megan have had travel trailers and boats since the early 2000's. We value the memories and experiences we have had through the years. While building this facility we have strived to make this facility a convenience to those that store their valuable assets with us. From spacious areas to added value we continue to think of those who choose our facility.

Our Children

Luke, Leah, and Lane love the outdoors and enjoyed the experiences travel has brought to them. They have been part of the ground up development since day 1 and are happy to take pride in the work they have done. We welcomed Rip to our family in January 2023. His size may scream security at the facility but is much better suited as a greeter.

Our Vision

Our plans is to make this 10 acre facility a POINT of interest. We want our facility to have convenience to those who use it. Our location is off a major highway that is located between La Vernia and Floresville. It is convenient to other cities such as Adkins, San Antonio, Sequin, Stockdale, Poth and many more. We have many ideas and plans to be a location that is utilized by all and becomes a stopping point that meets our community needs.

We also want to mention our neighbors across from us. The Timbers Subdivision is located right across from our facility. It has 88 lots that have some of the most beautiful views in the horizon. They are filling this land with some top of the line custom homes. The architectures and design of the homes are amazing!
