With a non-refundable deposit reservations allow you to reserve your space up to 90 days in advance, without having to pay rent unnecessarily. This deposit gets credited to your first month rent payment. Deposit is $50.
Monthly rent rates start at $80 a month.
When you rent you'll immediately be charged for the remainder of the current month, receive your personalized gate code via e-mail and can move in right away!
We offer high fence protection with monitored security cameras. In addition each renter will have their own access code to the gate pad. Security lights are located on the buildings.

1. Call our direct number and a local person will help you set up your reservation or rental.

2. Select BOOK NOW at the top of the page and fill out the form. One of our employees will contact you shortly. You will then receive a rental agreement with payment form. Once completed and processed you will be texted your personalized secure access code.

1. Easy Access: We are easily located off a major road FM 775.
2. We are 28 miles Southeast of San Antonio. A great location to pick up your equipment and head South to the beach.
3. Close to local water and camping spots such as Calaveras Lake, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels.
